Sourcing its technical prowess from the Rocket Espresso commercial line, the R Nine One packs in a high-accuracy saturated group, PID temperature management, stainless boilers, and programmable dosing into its wood frame. Front and center is a unique pressure profiling system, which can set and save up to 5 different profiles, or be controlled manually through the magnetic group cap. This repeatable take on profiling offers consistent extractions that can be modeled after classic lever machines and modern commercial machines both. With only 25 examples in this custom walnut design, this Limited Edition R Nine One truly showcases the exacting craftsmanship of home espresso.
