Starting with a tried-and-true 65mm flat burr, stepless grind selection, and an easily-serviced burrset, the Zenith finishes this cafe-ready design with a large 5 pound bean hopper and a doser to help keep up with the busiest rushes. Additional hoppers and upgraded burrs are also available.

- 65mm Flat Burrs - Hardened steel (though additional titanium and red speed burrs are available) burrs offer excellent consistency and speed.
- Bottom Burr Adjust - Eureka designs their grinders to adjust under the motor! This means you can open them up for cleaning and stay very close to your original grind setting.
- Stepless Grinder - Stepless grind adjusts make dialing in for espresso easier than with stepped setups.
