If you’re looking for commercial coffee equipment, John is your guy! John has spent years in the coffee industry working with cafés and roasters like Caffe Ladro, and he’s worked with coffee shops around Seattle training professional Baristas. John is a Washington native who has lived in the area for most of his life. John’s passion for coffee started at home, and over time grew into a career educating people on the very best parts of this wonderful beverage. His favorite thing about the coffee industry is the diversity of different beans and ways to prepare them. He loves to help people build strong relationships with their customers and celebrate the coffee community. John’s role at Seattle Coffee Gear is to help prospective cafe owners and other commercial customers get the right equipment for them.
AllieCommercial Sales Manager
Allie’s commitment to coffee is as much a commitment to the people that brew and enjoy it as it is to the beverage itself. After discovering a love of coffee while attending university in Tennessee, Allie’s path led her to Seattle to work in cafés and roasteries. Her time spent working in shops and roasters paired with a penchant for discovering new roasters and cafés eventually led her to Seattle Coffee Gear! Allie’s time in SCG retail gave her a strong connection with our customers, people who ultimately are also the ones enjoying coffee from our commercial partners as well. This unique perspective on the end consumer and the roaster/café puts Allie in the perfect position to help our commercial customers and resellers find success with their equipment purchase.
BryanEquipment Service Manager
Bryan has spent 8 years working in coffee at Seattle coffee shops and Stumptown Coffee Roasters combining a love of coffee with his extensive tech skills. He works hard to ensure that customers get connected with the right technicians in their area for installation and maintenance, as well as helping commercial customers develop a clear picture of how to protect the equipment they’ve invested in. On top of all of that, Bryan helps our team here at SCG to learn about the technical side of brewing coffee, and regularly holds training sessions for new commercial machines. Bryan’s favorite thing about the coffee industry is the people, as well as the machines and passion that help them produce this unique beverage.
