Bring home your own barista trainer with the Acaia Pearl Model S Coffee Scale. An update to the original Acaia Pearl, the Model S adds extra brew modes, audio feedback, and a brew guide to streamline your morning cuppa. The app-connected scale syncs with your choice of Acaia brew app to control from your smartphone, browse custom drink recipes, or record your favorite coffees and recipes. At center stage for the Model S is its Brewguide feature, which lets you browse uploaded recipes from the Brewguide App and recreate them in your own home. Each recipe is built with weight, time, and customizable sounds to walk you through the process of a perfect cup. Other features include a sunlight-readable screen, portafilter weight mode, a water-resistant design, USB-C rechargeable battery, and 0.1-g accuracy.
