This farmer is part of the Adame Gorbota cooperative in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia, a place renowned for some of the best coffee in the world. Olympia formed a direct partnership with Adame Gorbota so that their customers can trace their dollar directly to the producers themselves. This has led to much better prices and quality of life for the farmers that participate in the collective.

In the cup, this coffee features notes of berry jam, peach, and jasmine. A delicious combination of flavors that provides a fantastic example for Ethiopian coffee. With light but not too bright flavors this is a wonderful roast to try as a pour over.
