About Methodical Coffee - Brazil, Dulce Signature

Methodical Brazil Dulce is a roastier coffee than we’re used to from this roaster. Featuring a 50/50 blend of natural and honey processed coffees from two women owned Brazilian farms, this is a unique and tasty blend. Methodical lists “roasty, dark chocolate, nutty” as the notes, and we definitely get that. While we’re used to brighter coffees from most of our specialty roasters, Methodical included, this bolder, slightly darker roast is a nice change of pace. Delicious in a variety of brew methods.
