Boast Coffee - Guatemala Cimarron Light

A lighter take on Boast’s Guatemalan, this single origin offers the same sweet almond flavors of that roast with a more delicate body. This contrasts with the darker roast's richer, fuller body. While these roasts will appeal to different drinkers, trying them both provides an interesting study in roast profile and what it does to a bean. This is a tasty roast to explore as a pourover.
