Black & White Coffee Roasters - The Original

B&W calls this coffee their ode to the origins of coffee. A washed Ethiopian coffee with citrus, honey, and chocolate notes which provides a really solid understanding of of B&’s roasting chops. This is a delicious roast in a variety of brew methods, and a great place to start with B&W’s catalog. This particular lot comes from the Halo Hartume washing station, located in the Yirgacheffe region. This makes this roast a great intro to Ethiopian coffee, on top of being exemplary of B&W’s roasting style.
