These beans were sourced from 476 small holder farms located in the Chelbasa Village in the legendary coffee growing region of Yirgacheffe. With farms operating at 1,950 to 2,200 meters above sea level, these beans mature slowly, allowing extensive flavor development. Processed with a fully washed method, this roast features good balance on top of its delicious flavors. We recommend this coffee as a pour over to separate its notes most effectively.
