Colombia Reserva comes to us from farmer Juan Felipe’s efforts to revitalize a piece of land ripe with opportunity for specialty coffee. With half of the 52 acre farm situated on a lush nature preserve, and the other half laying challenged and under-maintained due to poor profitability, this coffee’s story is one of perseverance and tenacity. We love the results, and we think you will too. This natural roast features notes of blackberry, lemon, and brown sugar, which combine for a sweet, tart, and delicious cup. We recommend this excellent roast as a pour over to bring out every bit of its complexity.
